Here are some of the services we offer.

Between Tallebudgera Creek and Currumbin Creek the 13.500 populated residential area of Palm Beach is found. Although this area doesn’t boast surrounding natural features compared to other locations along the Gold Coast, one thing that does set it apart is its 3 time winning vote as Queenslands cleanest beach. Straddling the highway, this area has been subdivided since the 1950s with streets being named from 1st to 28th street all the way to the southern part of the area. Each second street finishing up and concluding at the highway.

In the southern part of this area in between the beach and highway, the slender Jefferson Lane links all the streets together. Historically, a number of Gold Coast Beach ‘shacks’ of the most basic variety are situated on Jefferson Lane. Some predate the subdivision of the 1950s as well as other remains of an earlier settlement. There are some of the shacks located on blocks of land that are today valued in the millions of dollars.

The Palm Beach area to the west has undergone recent extensions. This has produced new areas creating a different style in addition to a smaller section where there is a canal running through. Tallebudgera Creek and national recreation camp in the north marks the boundary and at the mouth of Currumbin Creek and tower developments to the south. The mouths of both Tallebudgera and Currumbin creek were stabilized with training walls, built during the 1970s. Both entrances to each of these creeks are annually dredged. Nearshore reefs where bait is found along Palm Beach and some of the most productive fishing reefs on the Gold Coast are found offshore in this area.
