Here are some of the services we offer.

On the Gold Coast of Queensland we found the town of Varsity Lakes. It has a population of just over 6,500 inhabitants. Thomas Blacket Stephens bought 6,980 acres of the Gold Coast hinterland in 1873. He called this area Merrimac Estate. Much later in 1981 the Ministry of the Environment, Valuation and Administration Services decided to change the name to Stephens after its namesake Thomas Blacket Stephens. Several years later in 1999 Delfin Lend Lease bought the area between Stephens and Robina. It was then that development started on what is now known as Varsity Lakes.

Lake Orr and Azzura are artificial or man-made lakes. They were constructed and soon after followed a development for a residential area. As a result of the successful creation of this area, the suburbs of Stephens, Andrews and certain areas of Robina were connected in 2002. This area became a totally new town called Varsity Lakes.
